Welcome Everybody, Today I'm leaving my little paradise to transition back into the normal world. A full day of travel always gets the reflective juices flowing. The waiting, the moving, the excitement of all passed experiences. I truly love these moments, and with that every single aspect of travelling in it's entirety. Enjoy! ✍🏻 Week 31, 2025 - The Lovable Shift, Seven Products in Seven DaysI mentioned last week that after three weeks on this paradise island, all the big things I’d planned to achieve were done. I had this feeling of being complete here, while still having a full week ahead—enough time to house an entire holiday in itself. What I didn’t expect was how that completion would become the launchpad for one of the most creatively explosive weeks I’ve ever experienced. Embracing UncertaintyThere’s something exhilarating about finishing what you set out to do early. The certain was behind me—the things I’d expected to work on were complete. Now room for uncertainty had opened up, and we all know that this is when the real adventure starts to happen. The moment you can truly let go, the unexpected gets invited in. And it certainly showed itself. I honestly think I’ve never created so many things in one week as I did this past one. Of course, this was only made possible through the exceptional powers that AI is granting me—some tools I was already aware of and became more handy with, some I’d learnt in recent weeks, and one tool I was aware of but didn’t have the mindspace to experiment with until now. But let me pick things up from where we left last week. Riding the Creative FlowFiring Up The Content EngineAfter Simon left from our tiny company retreat, I was buzzing with excitement to immediately start editing the vlog we’d recorded during our hike through these gorgeous volcano forests. It didn’t take long to get the piece finished, but we didn’t have any online presence yet to share it through. We had an outdated website that was still a few business iterations behind. Simon had set up the newsletter platform, but it needed realigning with our latest thinking—same with the YouTube channel we wanted to launch. I needed a tool to move fast because I couldn’t wait to share the video. It was clear I was surfing a wave of creativity and didn’t want to fall off. Through a business vlog I follow, Daniel Dalen, I got reminded of AI tools that can build websites—even entire web applications—through prompting. I’d used Replit before, but quickly noticed it wasn’t giving the same beautiful results. So I switched to Lovable, and man, did I fall in love with it. The Lovable ShiftWithin that same weekend, I fully finished setting up a new landing page, completely integrated with the newsletter platform. It gave me fresh style ideas, and based on these, I aligned the layout of the newsletter and YouTube channel. The speed with which I got this done was incredible. The true beauty is that these tools allow you not to lose that wave of creativity. If these things had to be built with outsourced developers, it would take weeks, and by then I’d most certainly have a new idea I’m excited about. Now I can just get it done myself whilst I’m in complete flow, which makes the entire thing extremely addictive. The fact that I was here on my own with no other distractions fully allowed me to give in to that flow—it was simply blissful. After finishing the website, I had an idea for an assignment with the municipality of Amsterdam that I started using Lovable for. Within a few hours, I’d built a solution that fully automated all the manual work of modelling processes, based solely on meeting transcripts I’d kept from process sessions I’d facilitated. It didn’t take much more effort to turn it into a web application accessible to the municipality team, complete with an AI chatbot using all the process flows and transcripts as its knowledge base. Just by taking that small step of talking with Claude and Lovable about automating my work, the ball started rolling. The more I engaged, the more ideas latched on, and before I knew it, I had a high-value product ready to ship to a client. It’s truly mind-boggling where we stand with this technology and how fast it’s continuing to develop. The Creative Explosion ContinuesBut the creating didn’t stop there. The website was live, the vlog published, and the first newsletter sent out. While discussing progress with the team on Friday, we brainstormed our content strategy. We crafted a solid plan inspired by the All-In podcast, but we needed a catchy vibe—a recognisable song that would invoke the right emotions we want associated with our brand. So we started playing with Suno, the AI music generating tool I’d used for the yours2source YouTube channel before. Throughout the day, I researched how to improve the results, and by afternoon’s end, I’d cracked the code. An entire theme song was made, and the beat was so catchy it didn’t leave my head all weekend. Saturday morning, I used Capcut—the AI-enabled video editing tool from the vlog—to whip up an interview I’d recorded with Gregor Maehle during the week. Sunday, I explored this AI video editing further to create a matching video for the Askara theme song. I’m not sharing it yet because you can only make a first impression once, and it’s not quite there. But I had a first draft done within a morning. It didn’t even stop there. Sunday afternoon, so hyped up about these tools and with nothing else to do, I started thinking of more areas in my life where I could build cool solutions. And I found them—delivering two more products with these tools by Monday. Can you believe it? Seven polished end results within one week, ranging from music to video to website to web application. Obviously, this much was only possible due to having nothing else to do here, but the physical experience of knowing this is possible shifts something inside you. Integration & ReflectionHaving experienced this single notion firsthand has shifted something inside my brain—what I like to frame as “The Lovable Shift” I was gifted this week. It’s not just about the tools themselves, but about what becomes possible when you remove friction from the creative process. When ideation can immediately become implementation, when you don’t lose momentum waiting for technical execution. This week redefined my understanding of AI-enabled work. It’s not just about efficiency or automation—it’s about maintaining creative flow states that were previously impossible to sustain. The traditional creative process has so many breaks: idea, planning, technical implementation, refinement. Now those breaks can disappear entirely. For Askara, this experience validates everything we’re building toward. We’re not just creating tools; we’re enabling entirely new ways of working where creativity and execution become seamless. Where uncertainty becomes opportunity, and flow states become sustainable competitive advantages. The New BaselineI don’t think I can emphasise enough how amazing it is to get a taste of this if you haven’t done so already. This week didn’t just produce seven outputs—it established a new baseline for what I know is possible in my creative work. The real magic isn’t in any single tool, but in the ecosystem they create together. When AI removes friction from every step of the creative process, you’re free to stay in flow indefinitely. That’s the future we’re building toward at Askara—not just for ourselves, but for every organisation ready to embrace what becomes possible when humans and AI truly collaborate. Take care, P.S.
